OK everyone, now that Thanksgiving is over, the house is semi-back to normal ;)   What do YOU do with that left over turkey?  any special recipes? ideas?   What i like to do is shred it and wrap it in a corn tortillas and deep fry it and VOILA -  Turkitos ;)   (dont forget the guacamole)  :P

I normally just make sandwiches too .. with lettuce and honeymustard on white toast :thumbup;

I take all the bones, clean them very well....then I mix the bones with sand and glue and put the mix in a mold and create a "dig a Turkey" kit  ;D

Some of ours will become Turkey soup tomorrow, then later in the week some more will become Turkey divan.  Both are excellent!  :thumbup;

Sent the leftover turkey with my daughters best friend. Gave her the wifes recipe, little turkey broth, layer of biscuit, turkey on the biscuit, top of biscuits, cream of chicken over the biscuits. Bake at 350, until the biscuits are brownish, serve. I'm talking about the "tube" biscuits, the crack and bake ones.
