Goofynina and Epoman - Gone But Not Forgotten

WWW
« on: April 29, 2008, 05:26:30 PM »

They took .5kg off my dry weight. I was very pleased about that.  :yahoo; I have been consistently going in with less fluid that usual.  I put it down to my walking on mornings, and my change to a more vegetarian diet (fish, with only a beef soup after dialysis on Fridays)
I have been at a dry weight which was about 2kg less than my present weight, so I am looking forward to being back there shortly.

I've stayed at dry weight for several months now and I give a lot of the credit to the lemon juice. Getting up a couple of times at night to pee is much better than pulling off 2 kg.

It's OK when you can pee! Nearly 20years since i had a pee. Zero renal function. They usually have to take 1kg of me. I don't really know how hard it must be. When you have been able to drink what you want for most of your life. Well done bajanne you keep going. Exercise is one of the best thing you can do. Plus sucking on a ice cube :2thumbsup;
