2 part question

First question is what types of files can we post. I saw it somewhere on here and can't remember where. I thought I saw Word and jpeg, along with a couple others. But I have a PDF file that I am not sure I can post. I might have to try to convert it to Word.

Second is I have information for dialysis patients combined with transplant patients and don't know where to put it. There is an event that the National Kidney Foundation of Illinois is putting on regarding pre transplant patients and post transplant patients. The seminar is to inform patients of options, different hospitals, insurance issues ect. Even though this is going on in my area, it maybe going on sometime in other peoples areas, so they may want to contact their local National Kidney Foundation. The NKF here use to do a seminar for dialysis patients, but since having a transplant, they only send me transplant related material.
