Has anyone felt like this but not as a direct result of dialysis or low bp ? I've had a fairly normal day done capd (no bad effects) had tea then was sat watching tv when my head started swimming. I have never fainted before and i didnt pass out , but felt really strange. I dont feel dehydrated but am sucking some ice  just in case. First time i have ever gone light headed like that anyone else had it happen or know possibly why ?

Hi KS, Are you diabetic?  Have you had your sugars checked lately?  That sounds like the way I feel when my sugar is too low.  Maybe you are hypoglycemic?  Just a thought.

I have been feeling dizzy for the last couple of days.  I always feel this way near spring time.   Since it's been warm here in NC, flowers, grass, trees, etc.. are starting to bloom.  With that being said, it's sinus pressure time.  I always have this issue around this time.  Last year my Dr. put me on Nasonex spray which helped with the swimmy head.  Right now, it comes and go.  If this continues, I will have to inform my Dr. to give me something for it.
