Anyone have PAD?

Hi Everyone, I went to my Neph today and he said he didn't like the sound of my fistular. He said he couldn't hear the thrill, that he only heard the heartbeat and that could mean that the fistular was failing. I just got this thing done 6 weeks ago and it is already failing.

I'm not going to have another one done for it most likely will fail too
because my veins are too small. He told me to get to the vascular surgeon immediately. And he also wants me to
talk to the VS about cleaning out my legs. It seems I have PAD. I thought there was a chance that the dye they have to use could send me straight to dialysis and he said that was true but it could also improve the condition of my kidneys.

? $:-\$ Doses anyone have this condition or have you ever had your legs cleaned out?
