How?  With supplements and exercise?  No coffee and no alcohol?  Please tell us how you did it.

Two years ago, my GFR was 16 and I was told to prepare for dialysis.  Today, it's at 37 and climbing.  I don't know what I did to be so lucky, nor do I know what's next for me.  But I've been given two free years, two years that I'm grateful for, which helped me to come to terms with my mortality.  I could go tomorrow with no regrets.
