Was I more shocked than the kidney Dr that I knew more than his staff about my numbers and rejection than they did.
They jus tried to tell me blah blah blah, but when I asked about certain things they looked @ me has if I was causing problems

For some (not all) medical folks, it's just a job. They don't care as much about the details. We do, because it is our lives. I've said this to my own doctor, he can go home and forget about this stuff. I can't. We live it every day. No days off, no holidays.
I heard the nurses in dialysis one night, complaining about how many shifts they had that week. I piped up, saying that I wished I didn't have to be there as much either. It kind of shut them up.

I consider it OK when my neph knows more than the staff. What really annoys me is when the staff think they know better than the neph and try to do things contrary to what he wants.

Whoever said "God does not make mistakes" has obviously never seen the complete bog up he made of my kidneys!
