Dialysis units in Washington DC

I'm planning a trip to Washington DC in October (if the border opens) and I'm wondering if there are any recommendations for dialysis units in the downtown DC area. I'm wondering if I should stick with Davita, because I've worked with them before, or if I should go with Fresineus, or maybe there's a private clinic that would be better. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Figure out what part of the metro area you think you on staying and I’ll provide more suggestions.
This is the clinic my transplant nephrologist works at and is the closest DaVita to downtown. It’s a few blocks from the metro.
