i have a supplemental to my medicare and its not bad but keeps going up-now its near $300 a month so im hoping for something a little less expensive

I feel your pain. I'm on F and it started at 280 five years ago. Its now 542 a month. I am under 65 so I don't have much in the way of choices.

Anything 'less expensive' is going to result in paying more out of pocket. Unless you qualify for some sort of Medicaid, expect that between your part B monthly payment and any supplemental, you will be paying about $500/month. The American Kidney Fund might be able to help a bit, as well.
