This is cool, but kidneys are often delivered in a special life support box that circulates fluid (not sure if it's blood or something else) through the kidney rather than just shipping them on ice.   Tufts sent for mine on a delivery basis from another local hospital (they would not tell me which one, as that could be a clue to the donor's identity), and I remember the surgeon telling me "the pump numbers look good" after he went in the OR to do his final inspection.  It was only then he told me "it's a go" and I was rolled in for processing.

That type of technology doesn't seem necessary to m,e but for the drone companies it might be a foot in the door for urban transport.  i.e. We are using it for life saving "x", and that worked, so let us now delivery pizza.  Once the distances get up to airplane distances it probably becomes helpful.

As with airplane, airspace will become limited.  It is only a matter of time before we have drone collisions.

Granted, right now, drone deliver may be a great option, far reducing travel time over ground delivery.  But in the years to come the amount of 'air traffici' WILL become a problem.  At which time we will have to make regulation of airspace, traffic lanes, levels, etc., will become necessary.

I may be looking too far into the future.
