What happened with your pacemaker checkup? Or is it this Thursday?

It was last week, Cas.  Everything checked out well so that is not the answer to my low energy.  Unfortunately.  Part of the problem I have (and it's only part) is that my back was so injured when I had a series of falls several months ago (syncope from low blood pressure and heart block) that it hurts to do most things.  When I stand or walk my back tightens up something wicked and I don't want to move around or be on my feet.  Today, I took a small walk with my dog and it was very difficult.  But I did feel somewhat better after resting.  So it's something I'm going to have to force myself to do because it's good for me.  Thanks for caring.

I'd be willing to bet a very small amount (I'm Cheap) that the sunlight making a lil Vit D helped just a wee bit!

I am glad you are able to get up and move around a bit.  Back pain sucks.  When I have problems with my back, heat, ice and muscle relaxers are my best friend!  You can get through this!

I'm glad to read you felt a bit better after walking a bit, keep that up girl! Don't over do it (of course)
And I agree with Charlie that outside light (doesn't even have to be sun) does a person good.
It's difficult to make vit D without functioning kidneys, but the exersice still produces serotonine which makes you feel better.
