I have a dog that i walk several times a day. I also exercise 6 days a week.
Walking a dog is one of the best things you could for yourself (and of course, for the dog too). I believe that staying mobile on your feet every day keeps the body and our system in motion and free from pain. Or at least keeps the pain down to a dull roar. But you have to pace yourself; too much of it can cause pain, too little or not frequently enough can cause stiffness and pain. You have to learn your limits and then stick with it, rain or shine. Move, move, move. No matter what it is, a little movement each day is better than no movement.
