What I'd do about things like sunflower seeds.

I went to a website where you can get measuring cups in a set for measuring things. I can get one which is a Star Wars Death Star one, which I thought was funny. IF I pursue something like sunflower seeds, this is what I would measure out a recommended amount by my nurse and say X Amount, then rest the rest until another day, LIKELY after a new dialysis session. Then measure that one out the same way to allow myself same X amount in under the cup allowance. I miss sunflower seeds. That is the biggest thing I miss, most of all.
