I had dialysis last night.  My BP acted weird per usual lately.
My sinuses are crazed dues to the grass, weeds, and wind we have out here right now.
My left shoulder hurts like crazy, too.

I do not know if it all connects but the human body is weird as it is.

I don't know about the bood pressure part.  Mine yo yo's seemingly for no reason that I have found yet.

Sinus problems and aching muscles are both constant problems often helped with a long HOT shower.  The steam seems to clear my sinus', open passages all the way deep into my lungs.  The heat greatly eases muscle aches, allowing blood to flow more easily throughout the affected areas.

LOL  Maybe there is something to a long hot bath and a glass of wine.  I wouldn't know, I don't care much for wine.

It is such a P.I.T.A. to wrap my PD hose so's not to get the fittings wet!

Are you on PD? When I don't flush my tubes enough and get air in me, I end up with shoulder pain. Tylenol helps a little, as does a hot shower.

It's also the time of year to just feel yucky. Hope you're feeling better soon!

My left (fistula arm) began to seriously hurt about 6 weeks ago.  The 50 dollar Tylenol I was given did not help.  The next session 3 hours in same thing.  This time I sat up and the pain went away. Now every time 3 to 3.5 hours in it starts again. Sit up and it's gone. Reminds me of the old it hurts when I do this doctor joke.  If you are feeling the same pain I feel bad for you sine I know how much it hurts.

I learned this from a guy much older than I.  Now I am about his age, so this has been quite a while ago.   He suffered from many general aches and pains from arthritic changes more commonly associated with age.   2 tablespoons of RAW honey per day, most often on his toast but sometimes in his coffee, and got great relief.  Something about the natural enzymes in the un-heated honey.    Good luck finding it.  Local here at the seasonal farmers market treat it like gold.  And it is a very nice golden color.

I'm too cheep to try it.  Afraid I might like it, and want MORE.
