try watching this one. I did a 13 day fast last Dec. and got those results. got off the raw foods and now I am at a 10. Hope it isn't too late. Not really doing a juice fast but I don't eat any thing that cannot be juiced. Check out a Dr. Robert Morse if you are further interested. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jRx2_AoCd3o
