Hi everyone, sorry to go on about Renvela again!  The nurse told me that the powder can be sprinkled on food?????  Instead of taken with water.  I can't find anything that confirms this.  Has anyone done this?

Thank you.  Have a good day.

Yes, there are Renvela powder packets. Google Renvela powder there's a ton of info. Try drugs.com too.

Thank you Frankswife.  Yes there is a lot of information but all of it says to mix with water.  This adds to my fluid intake.  I can't find anything that says it can be sprinkled on food.  Not sure I would like to taste lemon flavoured vegetables or lemon flavoured beef!!!  Thanks anyway.

Enjoy.

Unfortunately jeannea they are too large for me to swallow without choking.  Not pleasant at all which is why I have been prescribed the powder.

Thanks anyway.  Enjoy your day - Denise

:waving; :waving; If you can put it in water, why wouldn't you be able to put it on food?  The thing is to find a food that the lemon taste goes with.
Maybe Jello or mashed potatoes, etc.
