Thanks for mentioning this problem, JW77.
From one of my neighbours I know that it can be pretty nerve-wrecking to rely on patient transport ...
In my case I have always made sure that I don't have to rely on any patients transport - yet ...
... because I know from neighbours, how very unreliable they can be...

It would be very good if patient transport could become easier and better in the future...
