I just read Epoman's story.  What that incredible man went through !  I am inspired by his courage and saddened that anyone would suffer so much in such a short time.   I'm also thankful he started this site.  He really is a hero.

We ALL owe a great debt to Epoman. When I first joined, I did not realize that he had died. I cried when I found out.

I joined when EPOMan had already left us, but Iam so very thankful to this man for this marvelous site.  He would be proud of what it has become and a real tribute to his Legacy!  He knew exactly what he was doing when starting this site, and all of us are amazed at his accomplishments!

He did go through some HELL, no doubt!

He was a man who hated dialysis and wanted to be heard, and no other site would let him say what was on his mind, so he built this site and we are so glad he did.

I too did not realise that Epoman was gone when I joined but I can't help but be indebted to him for his wonderful legacy.

Epo made a lot happen for the rest of the ESRD community - just by being his stubborn, ticked-off, vocal, wonderful self!
