So I was playing around with my favorite food related tool on the Internet,
the USDA National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference, and I found something interesting.
It turns out you can now filter your search by not only food type but get a list of specific nutrients. Well I decided to plug in Phosphorus, Potassium, and Sodium. What did I filter by? Ohhh just the entire database.
Ladies and gentlemen I give you an Excel Book with three sheets in it, that has 7,622 items, and that are sorted lowest to highest by Phosphorus, Potassium, and Sodium. If you don't have Microsoft Office you can always sign up for a free Google account and use what use to be Google Docs or you can download a free office suite.
You can click here to download the file. It's a little over 1 MB which is a little too big to upload here.
