To add to the eye puffiness...

Since monday or so, my right cheek is puffed up. just the right side. it looks like i have some tooth problem but i don't. makes my face look "uneven" and "unbalanced". anyone every experience this? any ideas on what could be happening? all these new things are popping up and i am super frustrated. i am trying to figure out what's causing it and i am getting nothing. i don't have swelling anywhere else. not on my ankles, not on my face, feet, hands, legs anywhere. just this bloody right cheek is a little puffed up and it is driving me crazy.

anyone have that happen before? were you able to get it down? or find a way to bring it down? anything i can do? or is this another thing that is out of control?
