Positive Thoughts equal Positive Energy

Karen, you sound like I use to sound once in my life.  I do agree with some things you are expressing; however, I was told by my father.  When you are dating someone, do not expect anything from him.  Wait and watch how he chooses to treat you.  Open yourself just a little to see what direction it’s going in. If you feel this person is not treating you the way you deserve to be treated, let him know that you just want to be friends and move on.  If he is doing everything you want in a man you dating, than see if he wants a relationship before you move forward with your attentions (wanting a relationship).  I found that this method works well.  Yes, mostly all men that are attracted to a woman are based on sex.  However, we women have more control (telling one of our secrets) when it comes to sex.  If you feel this guy is playing you.  DO NOT GIVE UP THE SEX!!!!  Don’t waste your time.  Move on quickly.  You can tell based on your conversation and how he is approaching you.  Some men are stupid as they walk with your D**K in there hands, meaning that he comes for sex only.  Be aware of those kind of guys they will leave there mark behind (STD).

Nonetheless, don’t be too hard on yourself.  Don’t let a man chose you, you chose the man you want to share your life with.

I apologize to the good men as this site as I am not male bashing. I’m just being honesty about some bad attentions some men have when dating.  ::)

Dailysis patient for since 1999 and still kicking it strong.  I was called for a transplant but could not get it due to damage veins from extremely high blood pressure.  Have it under control now, on NxStage System but will receive dailysis for the rest of my life.  Does life sucks because of this.  ABOLUTELY NOT!  Life is what you make it good, bad, sick, or healthy.  Praise God I'm still functioning as a normal person just have to take extra steps.

I'm SURE we (as in the people in this thread) all have great days. It's just nice to write out out frustrations in this forum. Speaking for me it really helps!  I can't share these thoughts with family or the few friends I have because there is no way they could understand. I'm not always down and negative but when I am I dump here!!

Ditto and SPOT ON G-man.  my thoughts exactly, especially the not being able to share these thoughts with friends and family part.

I'm more with Karen, I think.  I gave up on men, and trying to find happiness elsewhere, because it seemed that whenever I let a guy know I'm interested, they tell me that they'd rather be friends.

I'm friendly with everybody, it's my nature, but there comes a time when you give up looking for men and just get a cat

Geoff, fair enough.  I can understand how you feel.  However, I will always try to help people see the positive side of things.  If I’m feeling blue and want to vent, I would wants to vent with people that will put me back on a positive note.  I have met some on this site.   Just want you to understand who I am.
