My treatment schedule is MWF evenings 5-9pm and Mondays and even Sunday evenings are just terrible lately. I try to watch what I eat and fluid intake and I'm good at it but I still feel like CRAP even if I only put 3 kilos on from Friday night to Monday night!!!

I get migraines on Mondays.  They start about a half hour before the end of my run.  I generally come home after, have a small bite to eat, take a couple of tylenol and go to bed.  It's only been the last 2 weeks, but it's not fun.  I've started taking medication for my bp in the last couple of weeks, but I haven't really seen any change, except for the migraines.

Just watch how much you drink.. NO REFILLS!!  and watch how salty the food is that you eat, and you'll be fine..

I love that you call it an oil change.. that's what my dad calls it too.
