Jenna is our daughter, bad bladder damaged her kidneys.
Was on in-center hemodialysis 2003-2007.
7 yr transplant lost due to rejection.
She did PD Sept. 2013 - July 2017
Found a swap living donor using social media, friends, family.
New kidney in a paired donation swap July 26, 2017.

We've been fortunate to have our friend Mark Hovater share his film making skills in a mini-documentary about Jenna needing a kidney donor, living donors and organ transplant awareness. She has been on the wait list nearly 2 years, along with 114,000 other people who need organs. Today Mark worked with Jenna and filmed her perspective. More news soon!

June 2004 diagnosed with PKD
April 2012 Listed for transplant
November 2012 3rd and finally successful fistula placement, left basilic vein. Yay, it worked!
GFR down to 10.
Deceased donor transplant August 24, 2013.  Perfect match. So far so good!
