Wondering if there are any organizations out there that can help.  After losing transplant of 11 years and no longer able to work, I haven't been able to make a house payment since June of this year 2012.  Also, this is my family home and really hate to lose it.  I've busted my butt paying for this place since I bought it off the family in 2003.  And now because this renal failure issue I 'm losing it all. Can't believe this is happening.  I have no place to go and if I lose my home I would have to live in my car and that's not gonna happen.  No place else to go but up...if you get my meaning!  Lord I hope it's UP!  LOL  If anyone knows of any place that helps, please let me know.  I am doing a forbearance right now and want like 5K at end of Feb. They will re-evaluate in March but I hardly think they will reduce my mortgage down to $300 per month till I get on my feet. But wouldn't that be a blessing!
Thanks.

I applied under a federal program for reducing my monthly payment. I forget the name but I called my bank and they sent me paperwork. It took a lot of work on my part to keep the paperwork on track. But I think it was only for people who are not yet behind on payments. I'm not sure. Keep calling and begging for help.
