I see that deodorants can build up aluminum in the blood and is hard to filter out. I've been using secret and that is the main ingredient. Was hoping for some hints on what to use----thanks:)

I made a switch awhile back myself.  I found that the aluminum is in anti-persperants - it's tiny particles are used to clog your sweat pores.  I would look for deoderants that are not anti-persperants as they don't include the aluminum.

Excellent point.
There is a difference between deodorants and antiperspirants.

Many years ago I was told by a very experienced elderly doctor (who also happened to specialize in cancer treatment),
that in his experience deodorants (because of their ingredients) "assist" people to get cancer in the first place....
...and because of that I have not touched any deodorant for many years...I also avoid using any parfum,
because the smell of any parfum gives asthmatics an asthma-attack
and I would not like to take responsibility for that either, so I don't touch any parfum ...
the decision about deodorants is yours, but I am sure you know what to do if you wish to preserve your health as well as possible...
