Yum!  Made this for my MIL and tried some myself (always try stuff that I make for her so I know if it's "blah" or not). It was awesome!  Going to make some for my family for dinner, too!

Cut up 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts into strips and place in gallon size zip loc bag.

In a small bowl, mix in the juice from a 20 oz can of pineapple rings, 1/2 tsp of Wasabi paste, 1 tsp of Dijon mustard, and 2 tsp of minced garlic. Pour mixture into bag of chicken and coat evenly and marinate overnight.

Save pineapple.

Grill the chicken and pineapple rings on the grill and serve with white rice. Super yummy!
