I've been really bad and have not resumed my workout schedule since I had my cath placed in July
But things are settling down to where I think I can get started again. My neph told me cardio was fine, and that is what I usually did. I'd check with them before I started anything big in the resistance area. I was on a 10lb weight limitation for 6 weeks post surgery, so you will need to factor that in.
