The past few days I've had an off and on feverish feeling, kind of like a flushed feeling. I've taken my temp when this happens and it's always normal. The hiest it's gotten was 98.8 but I really don't consider that a fever.
Now it's 98.5
I haven't had any med changes so I really don't know what is causing this issue. Anyone else had this issue? Hopefully I will see the nurse practitioner tomorrow so I can tell her.

I thought I've read on other threads that normal (98.6) can be a bit 'high' for someone with kidney disease since our 'normal' can tend to run a bit low.

Maybe I've got that wrong.  But I say,  go with how you're feeling.  If you're feeling out of sorts and feverish or flush,  it's worth mentioning to one of the medical professionals you see.

I have had that to. Its is called hyperparathyroidism it feels like hotflashes I would get so hot had to strip almost naked and stand in front of a air conditioner then get really cold. It still happens to me but at D they been giving me Zemplar and that has helped alot. Hope that helped
