My family and I participated in a Gift Of Life walk for the Kidney Foundation today!
The community raised $16,000 at the walk ........$500 of that my family and I, extended family and friends donated and we are just totally thrilled with the funds that was raised for kidney disease, what a thrilling feeling to participate in the walk, I'm so proud of my family!

Great to hear about the funds raised. I am wondering how can I find out about walks in my area (San Francisco Bay Area)? Any thoughts on where I can look?

Thank you so much, Stuman!
Oh gosh, I'm not sure for the U.S. I live in Canada, so I'm not sure what would be going on in the U.S.

That is awesome, Cordelia! My husband, me & Timo (the dog) are participating in the Gift of Life Walk in Urbana-Champaign, IL on October 22. Our goal is $150.00 and we have raised $50.00 so far. We had a great time last year.
