Pacific foods almond milk

I was running low on my usual unsweetened vanilla Almond Breeze, so ran to the store to grab some more. They happened to be out (don't you hate when that happens?), and the only alternative was one from Pacific foods. When I got home, I compared the nutritional info and it turns out that the Pacific brand has no potassium while the Almond Breeze has 190 mg per 8 oz. I just about jumped for joy. Now, the Almond Breeze does contain potassium citrate while the Pacific does not. Would this account for all the potassium in it? I looked up the info for almonds and they contain a heck of a lot of potassium. I just can't believe the Pacific milk would not have any naturally-occuring potassium from the almonds at all.

I emailed the company about it, and also inquired about the phosphorus content. Hopefully they will get back to me and I will update.

Is the potassium listed as 0 mg, or not listed at all? They don't have to list potassium. If it's not listed, it doesn't mean there's none in the almond milk. I hope you hear back from them.

The company just emailed me back, but without a real answer to the potassium question. Well, I did find out that 8 oz of the almond milk contains 29 mg of phosphorus. Now that made my day!

The milk actually lists 0 mg potassium. Don't know if I believe it, but it should be lower than that of regular milk.
