It's  a  multivitamin,   specially  for   renal  patients.

It's  lower  in some  of the minerals  that  are  harmful  for  renal  patients.

I am on Nephrocap softgels.  I was told they were given to me so that I could reabsorb nurtrients and vitamins lost during dialysis.  Also, I am anemic and the Nephrocaps aid in keeping my iron levels up.  Hope this helps!!
