I saw this on Dr. OZ.  A new natural way to get rid of UTI's other than cranberry juice.

I looked it up.... D-Mannose

I am sure I red some where that cranberry juice is not that effective!

On  'The  Drs  show'  they  said  cranberry  juice  does  nothing  for  UTIs

Jenna's doctor says there are no trials or studies that D-Mannose works and it is not FDA approved, so he would not recommend it.

I asked him about Cystex Liquid Cranberry Complex with Proantinox which reduces incidence of UTIs in women: Study (see link below)
and he said:
Probably has some effect, see studies below.
However, looks like you need to drink at 300 ml a day.
It may interfere with the enzyme system that metabolizes Prograf.
And GI effects common.
So good and bad.  May not be best for her.
