Does anyone know how we can find this out? Or is it to pre-mature given that he just brought this much balley-hooed plan out to the people?  Should I try and renounce my citizenship now, or later???

Yes, I'm scared.

I googled Paul Ryan+Medicare+ESRD and got nothing that made any sense at all.  You have the American taxpayer (Medicare) vs one big corporate interest (insurance companies) vs another big corporate interest (dialysis providers and all of the companies that provide dialysis products), and I'd love to see how Rep. Ryan aims to keep all of them happy.

Ryan's plan probably will pass for a while, so don't need to worry about it. The idea is to ship the cost from the Fed to the states and patients. The Medicare has a lot more power to reduce payments to the providers than the private insurance co. If everything is through private insurances, patients would have to pay more on co-payments and deduction, even though the premium is paid for through the Feb. I have a mix feeling about it. We need to do something, but I am not sure this is the right way.
