I put my official complaint in yesterday , all nicely documented with dates and times ! Handed it over to the Sister, i asked her direct if any of her comments where true and she said , you know me well enough now , what do you think. Now i do get on really well with her, so i said you'd probably say it to my face knowing you ! But you could see from her face that she was mad ..not at me , but obviously she cant make any comment! Anyway we had quite a good chat , which suprised me ! Just before she left, she popped her head round the door and said ..she had 'dealt with that paperwork' (my complaint). So now i wait to see what happens, but i got the impression it wasnt being taken lightly ! So fingers x'd !

Good for you KickStart!    :2thumbsup;   I love your fighting spirit.   I hope someone takes charge of the situation and listens to the problems.   We'll all be waiting to hear the results.

Did you just send it to anyone else as well?  I would have sent a copy to the dialysis unit, one to the neph (as it concerned him as well) and one to PALS.  I hope it gets dealt with appropriately.

Hope she didn't deal with it by throwing it in the bin.
