Without any bastes or sauces, broiled or baked fish comes out extremely dry.

Are there any good bastes or sauces for broiled/baked fish, which are kidney-friendly?

Hey Rightside,

I have tried a couple of the Kraft salad dressings for baking salmon.  I really like the citrus ones. Made a foil boat, lemon pepper and granulated garlic sprinkled on top and poured some citrus dressing
over the fillet. Easy and delicious.  Sometimes I squeeze more lemon juice and top with cilantro and thinly sliced red onions.  The zesty Italian is good too. Watch your cooking times, that will help reduce the dryness.
I usually use a whole side of a salmon and not bake more then 30 minutes at the most.  Good Luck!

Have you tried cooking fish (or chicken) in parchment paper?  Food stays very moist.
