Fresh carrot sticks, broccoli and celery aren't even on the radar screen for Phosphorus.  So, they are not high in Phosphorus.

The question should be: Are these high in potassium and the answer is they are "higher" in potassium than some of the lower vegetables like green beans.  1/2 cup of raw carrots grated is 178 mg (250+ is considered High)

I think carrot sticks, broccoli and celery are a good choice for a snack, but don't go hog wild.

Thanks!  :2thumbsup; I currently don't need to watch my potassium, so I am glad they aren't on the radar for phosphorus, cuz i am starting to starve by not eating lots of snakcs n stuff  :lol; (im not starving literally, but i feel like it)
