Low Iron and Low H(a)emoglobin

My Hb levels have dropped from 98 to 84 (put a decimal point in to convert to US, I think) over the last 2 months despite my aranesp being increased. My Iron is down to 8L (ideal range 11-28) and I receive iron each week. The neph ordered more blood tests yesterday. I am not passing any blood and am feeling exhausted. Managed a 20 minute walk during the week and then was completely stuffed.

What's the go, gang?

Well, wait and see if more blood work tells you anything.  Ask your doc, but if you push yourself to walk 20 minutes 3 times a week your body may start to kick in and say "hey, I need more red blood cells to keep up with this guy".

Anyway, I heard more exercise could help.

 Hang in there, Mr. Galvo. My Husband, is not able to take any kind of Iron Therapy, because, he has been on long term Antibiotics. I know what the Fatigue, is like and what it does to a Person. If You are on, Iron Therapy, I'm sure the Doctors, will be able to Adjust, things, so that You are soon feeling back to Normal.
I don't have an Answer, just Listen, to Your Body. It will tell You, what You can do or Can't do, and that's Okay.
