Low Blood Pressure/Low Hemoglobin

Hello
I am having a lot of problems with low blood pressure.  The Nerp. has me on a medication called Amatine.  Somedays it seems to help and other days no help.  My hemoglobin is running from 74to 86. I am to start some introvenis iron shortly.  Maybe this will help?
I am on PD home Dialysis.  I am really feeling crummy very very tired somewhat short of breath sleeping too much and just getting no answers so I am scared and getting crankie.
Would appreciate any infomation
