WOO HOO NEW KIDNEY PEEING !!!(Transplant 23/10/07)

« on: December 21, 2006, 10:18:08 PM »

Today, got a note in my letterbox from the post office and expected it to be a present that I had bought my niece, all excited about that, It came just in time for Christmas.

I got the box home, thinking this isn't heavy enough to be what I bought her. Opened it, and its a Bag of Goodies, Blanket, Moisturisers, Lollies, Back Scratcher, etc.

It was from my hospital's Dialysis Support Group.

I was very surprised and thankful.

But then I read the note that came with it. This Dialysis Support Group has been formed since 2000.I have been on dialysis since 2003 and this is the first I had heard from them.

Great Support or What!

Thank Goodness I Found some "support" elsewhere......................................

That's pretty funny.  Seems like when you first started dialysis you would have been told about the group.  Oh well.  At least you got some goodies out of it.   :)
