Having a problem registering for the chatroom...am using the same nick and password as for the board.
Clicking "register" and getting a blank page.  Can I get a step by step please?

Well until Epoman does a shot for shot screenie example .. I will do this much .. but I didn't want to make a NEW account just to show you. I will leave that up to him.

Do you get the 2nd page like in the 2nd pic when you try to register?? Do you have popup blocker on? It opens in a new page!

Seems to be a major issue with general IE users.  I have a feeling it's a Javascript problem with the registry section and all these people having trouble getting in, don't have the latest version of Java.

Please let me know who has Sun Java installed and still has problems registering with the chat room.

Hi Carol,

Some members have trouble and it is related to Internet Explorer and your PC settings or if you do not have up to date Java installed, try using "Firefox" as your browser. You can download it here: http://www.ihatedialysis.com/links.htm Click the banner that says "Get Firefox with Google Toolbar" download Firefox and use that as your browser, instead of IE. Firefox is a great safe browser much better than IE.

Tried Firefox and still get a blank screen when I click "register"  :( ??? :'(

I can get to the "new password" request page, and the "old password" page, as well as the "log-in" page, but still get nothing but a blank page when clicking the "register" option.  Might it work to have someone else were to register me ?

Matter resolved :yahoo;
Used my laptop..and all went perfect..even using IE and old Java version
now someone come chat with me ....hehe
