Hope you all had a good Turkey Day and are getting into the Christmas spirit! Here is a sandwich that my dad makes for us with the leftovers! Its soooo good and you can use your own stuffing for it! First you take two slices of bread and put some mayonnaise and salt and pepper on both sides. Then you take some canned cranberry sauce and put it on both sides as well. Take some sliced turkey and on top of that you add some stuffing-your own recipe will work ! Then its time to eat!~ it sounds odd but try it you wont be sorry!!

I always make a similar sandwich with turkey leftovers.  Only difference really is that I skip the mayonnaise and definitely no salt added.

Second trx doing great so far...all lab values in normal ranges
