  Greetings from NoCal.!
  It has been a while, so I thought I would let you know how things are for me.
  My "straight line" graft(as I call it) is really doing well. Since it was put in late June or early July, I have only been to the interventional radiologist to have it 'plastied' twice.  :thumbup; The flow through the graft has been excellent the last few months. The last time they measured the flow with the ultrasound at the clinic, it was measured in the 600's, which is good for me. Two months ago, it was in the 700's!
  Lab-wise, this month was great for me. Platelets the other day were >80k. For the first time in several months my phosphorus was only 4.6, compared to previous readings of 7 and 6.4. Thanks, binders(Renegel)!
 But the best news was that for the first time literally in years, since my red cell count was up to 12.9, I am not anemic(at least not 'til the next CBC).  :yahoo;
  So, I'm doing rather well. 25 September was my 1-yr. anniversary on one of my UNOS waiting lists(I'm signed up for Extended Criteria with them, so who knows what may happen in  the next ten months or so---hm? I should finally be going on the other list(hopefully) in the next month or two.
  That's it for now.
  Jon

Glad things are going so well for you.  I will have a graft when I am ready for D and that will be soon now.  Keep up the good work and behave yourself.
