I'm so touched! A friend offered me a kidney over the weekend. I know it's a no-go (she's in her mid-70s), but the fact that she offered one with no hesitation blows me away.

I have always felt that the offer is a tremendous gift, even if it doesn't mean there will be a transplant.

You know you have a dear friend.

That's all you can ask for - someone to care and love you enough just to offer.  It makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.  Give her a big hug!   :cuddle;

Wow, what a nice person she must be!  The offer is a gift in itself.  Its nice to know there are people who really care.  I hope your next offer will the right one!
