I'm really glad for you!  Your numbers are getting close to optimum!

I get the same feeling when I make progress with my lab reports.

I've been using Microsoft Εxcel to chart my progress this past year, in my PTH and other numbers when I have time.  You ought to try it--just seeing those lines slanting in the right direction feels good.

Thanks everyone! 

Yesterday I bought a protein bar that was called Met RX Bix 100 Colossal - it had 31 grams of protein!!  I don't know if it was my imagination or the protein but I did have more energy yesterday!  :D
