Breakfast:: Cereal, some fruit, and coffee

Lunch- Special K Protein Meal Bar

Dinner:: Sensible

Snack- some fruit maybe

you do not look overweight at all
- you look rather small -
are you sure you are getting enough calories -
I tried the Special K water and it was awful

i look small?? lol not very! I am gaining weight and it's affecting my treatments. I am not drinking that protein water just replacing a meal with the protein bars
