Opinions needed from living donors

Dear Living Donors:

The National Kidney Foundation (NKF) has a policy of reviewing its position papers every five years. In 2003, the National Board of Directors adopted a policy regarding financial incentives for organ donation. That policy was in total opposition to any form of incentives (for both living and deceased donation).

We are now in the process of reviewing this policy and reaching out to our constituents to gauge their opinion on this complex, controversial issue. Many of you joined our Webinar on this topic and provided your comments to us. (Thank you!)
