these are good :thumbup;
you might eat these in moderation
I'd eat all 8 of them, maybe just 4 :o

Frozen Raspberry Delights
2 (3.5 ounces) cartons vanilla fat- free pudding
1 c whipped topping
1/2 c raspberries
8 paper muffin liners
line 8 muffin liners in muffin cups
fold pudding and whipped topping
stir in raspberries
divide mixture evenly into the eight liner cups
cover and freeze for at least 2 hours
serve chilled

Thanks Twirl.  I'll definitely try those.  Yum.   Funny thing, I just bought raspberries tonight for my dessert and I'm saving them for after the debate.

Twirl, I ate some before it froze, well half frozen.  There's an Italian word semifreddo which means half frozen and describes a bunch of desserts that are eaten before they freeze solid.  DELICIOUS.  Thanks again.

I made this stuff. Oh my God mock ice cream. I did it with Vanilla and mixed fruit and fat free cool whip.  Froze it.  What a good mixture that is!
