I posted this in another thread, but thought it deserved a thread of its own - this really is a topic all its own lol.

My mum had this cake made by a lady who I guess does novelty cakes, it was for my 12-month transplant anniversary ("transplant-aversary" as mum has coined it).

we all went out for dinner, and mum took the cake to the restaurant earlier in the day, so the chefs could put it in the fridge for us. Apparently it was quite a talking point, and all the stuff grabbed their mobile phones to take photographs of it! lol.

The lady who made it said her husband couldn't even stand to look at it.  :rofl;
