Does anyone have any remedies for muscle cramps?  I've been taking Quinine but don't want to take too much of that because how hard it is on my heart.  I've also been trying to drink enough as I'm on PD so I'm no so dehydrated, but these cramps are killer!  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks@

Tonic water has a small amount of quinine. It's even better if you add a little gin.

My partner suffers with leg cramps on pretty much a daily basis.  He's been told to increase his fluid intake, plus potassium.   I always try to keep oranges and bananas in the house for this purpose, and I always keep boiled water in the fridge.   Even so, they still attack.  Not all of them are as bad as they used to be but when they are, he knows he didn't get enough potassium rich foods that day.  He also gets up and walks them off and sometimes, he can tell when he's going to get one and is able to get up before they grab too hard.  Hopefully, you'll be able to get these under control.  I feel for you.  Good luck!
