I'm sorry you are going through a rough time KS.
My shoulder is available to lean on or cry on anytime.
Sometimes when things have gotten really bad the hope of a better
tomorrow or of better days ahead has brought real comfort.
I've lost my family except for a sister so I don't have a lot of family
support but I do appreciate all the support and encouragement I
get here from my IHD family.  Everyone is just great!!!!!

try  and  find  a  release  for  the  tension.  try  a  punching  bag :boxing;get  somewhere  scream  and  yell  till  your  totally  stuffed.
